"Багато чиновників, суддів, прокурорів реально ходять у «памперсах», тому що вони бояться публічності, відкритості". Про це в ефіри Радіо "Свобода" повідомив політичний консультант

За його словами "якщо говорити про суди то  по судовій реформі, яка має бути, 40% суддів нвідмовляються  проходити переатестацію тому що вони реально бояться".

"Тому тут є боязнь", - заявив Володимир Горковенко.
