Центральная избирательная комиссия отказала в регистрации 600 кандидатам в народные депутаты Украины на внеочередных выборах.

Об этом в интервью 5 каналу заявил председатель ЦИК Михаил Охендовский,пишет Главком

«Всего Центральная избирательная комиссия отказала в регистрации где-то 600 кандидатам по одномандатным избирательным округам. Около 300 из них обратились в суды», - сказал Охендовский.

Он отметил, что в большинстве случае суды поддерживают позицию ЦИК касательно наличия оснований для отказа в регистрации. При этом, по его словам, во многих случаях при одинаковых условиях разные судьи выносят абсолютно разные решения.
