Высший админсуд обязал Центральную избирательную комиссию зарегистрировать экс-генпрокурора Святослава Пискуна кандидатом в народные депутаты от партии Сергея Тигипко «Сильная Украина».

Об этом Украинской правде сообщил пресс-секретарь ЦИК Константин Хивренко.

Он пояснил, что сначала ЦИК отказал Пискуну в регистрации, потому что он последние 5 лет не проживал в Украине. Однако экс-генпрокурор обжаловал это решение в Киевском апелляционном админсуде и тот принял решение в пользу Пискуна.

ЦИК обжаловала это решение в ВАСУ, но тот 30 октября постановил оставить решение Киевского апелляционного админсуда без изменений.

«Говоря простыми словами, ВАСУ обязал ЦИК зарегистрировать Пискуна. И ЦИК просто выполнила решение суда», - пояснил Хивренко.

PRпортал напомнит,центральная избирательная комиссия зарегистрировала экс-генпрокурора Святослава Пискуна кандидатом в народные депутаты.
