Верховная рада провалила рассмотрение нормы Трудового кодекса о запрете трудовой дискриминации, которая является обязательным условием для отмены Евросоюзом виз для граждан Украины, пишет РБК

Эту норму поддержали лишь 117 депутатов при необходимом минимуме в 226 голосов.

В то же время нардепы проголосовали за то, чтобы принять за основу проект нового Трудового кодекса, который не содержит сексуальной ориентации в перечне признаков, дискриминация по которым запрещена. За такое решение высказались 258 парламентариев.

Подчеркнем, что внесение в законодательство противодействия дискриминации по признаку сексуальной ориентации является одним из пунктов Плана действий по визовой либерализации, выполнение которого необходимо для введения безвизового режима между Украиной и ЕС.

Провал народными избранниками нормы о запрете трудовой дискриминации вызвал шквал осуждающих постов в соцсетях.
