Засновник соціальної мережі Facebook Марк Цукерберг оголосив, що йде у декретну відпустку після народження другої дитини.

Один місяць він візьме одразу після народження дочки, а другий - в грудні.

"Наша нова донька народиться найближчим часом, і я планую взяти ще два місяці відпустки з батьківства. Цього разу я збираюся скористатися перевагами Facebook, щоб взяти відпустку частинами. Я візьму місяць, щоб бути з Прісцилою і дівчатами на початку, а потім ми проведемо цілий грудень разом", - повідомив Цукерберг.

Він зазначив, що у Facebook співробітникам обох статей пропонують брати декретні відпустки тривалістю чотири місяці.

"Дослідження показують, що коли батьки, які працюють, беруть час для того, щоб побути з їх новонародженими дітьми, то це добре для усієї родини", - написав Цукерберг.

"І я впевнений, що офіс все одно буде стояти, коли повернусь", - додав засновник Facebook.

Цукерберг одружився з Прісциллою Чан у 2012 році, в грудні 2015 вони вперше стали батьками. Першу дочку пари звуть Максима.
