21 жовтня відбулось чергове засідання Центральної виборчої комісії, яке провів Голова Комісії Михайло Охендовський.

Комісія затвердила Роз’яснення щодо застосування деяких положень Закону України "Про місцеві вибори" під час здійснення офіційними спостерігачами від іноземних держав, міжнародних організацій та осіб, які їх супроводжують, своїх повноважень на виборах депутатів Верховної Ради АР Крим, обласних, районних, міських, районних у містах, сільських, селищних рад, сільських, селищних, міських голів та старост сіл, селищ.

Окрім того, затверджено Порядок передачі територіальними виборчими комісіями з місцевих виборів виборчої та іншої документації на зберігання до місцевих державних архівних установ.

Затверджено також Розподіл додаткових коштів субвенції з Державного бюджету України місцевим бюджетам на підготовку і проведення виборів депутатів Закарпатської обласної ради 25 жовтня 2015 року на суму  949 тисяч 400 гривень.

Як писав PRпортал, усі бюлетені, надруковані для Закарпатської області для проведення місцевих виборів 25 жовтня, визнані недійсними.
