5 вересня о 19:00 відбулось друге засідання Центральної виборчої комісії, яке провів Голова Комісії Михайло Охендовський.

У режимі засідання Комісія провела жеребкування щодо включення кандидатур до складу територіальних виборчих комісій з чергових та перших виборів депутатів обласних, районних, міських, районних у містах, сільських, селищних рад, сільських, селищних, міських голів та старост сіл, селищ 25 жовтня 2015 року.

Жеребкуванням було визначено, що до складу таких виборчих комісій входитимуть, окрім представників від місцевих організацій шести парламентських фракцій, представники місцевих організацій 86 політичних партій – суб’єктів виборчого процесу.
