Центральна виборча комісія визнала такими, що відбулися, проміжні вибори народного депутата на одномандатному виборчому окрузі №87, де переміг Василь Вірастюк.

5 квітня під час засідання ЦВК голова окружної виборчої комісії ОВО № 87 оголосив відомості з протоколу та відзвітував про роботу комісії.

Доповідь голови ОВК викликала значну кількість питань у членів ЦВК, які озвучили їх під час засідання.

Водночас ЦВК Олег Діденко заявив, що "дуже непрості вибори відбулися" і комісія буде встановлювати "результати виборів з урахуванням судових рішень, що набудуть законної сили".
