28 травня відбулося чергове засідання Центральної виборчої комісії, яке провів Голова Комісії Михайло Охендовський.

Як відомо, постановою ЦВК від 28 листопада 2014 року обраному народному депутату України у загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі на позачергових виборах народних депутатів України 26 жовтня 2014 року Воскресенському В.О. було продовжено встановлений виборчим законом двадцятиденний строк для подання документів, необхідних для реєстрації його народним депутатом України, до 27 травня 2015 року.

Проте до встановленої дати включно Воскресенським В.О. не подано до Комісії документів, необхідних для реєстрації його народним депутатом України,повідомляє прес-служба ЦВК
Відтак, Комісія визнала обраного народного депутата України Воскресенського В.О. таким, який не набув депутатського мандата

Натомість, визнано обраним народним депутатом України у загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі на позачергових виборах народних депутатів України 26 жовтня 2014 року Зубача Любомира Львовича, 1978 року народження, освіта вища, начальника управління "Секретаріат ради" Львівської міської ради, проживає в місті Львові, члена Політичної партії "Об’єднання "САМОПОМІЧ", включеного до виборчого списку Політичної партії "Об’єднання "САМОПОМІЧ" під № 34.

Нагадаємо,ЦВК призначила проміжні вибори народного депутата України в одномандатному виборчому окрузі № 205 на неділю, 26 липня 2015 року.
