Депутат від Блоку Петра Порошенка Костянтин Яриніч кнопкодавив під час поіменного голосування про проект Постанови про включення до порядку денного сьомої сесії Верховної Ради України восьмого скликання законопроекту про внесення змін до статті 80 Конституції України (щодо недоторканності народних депутатів України) і про його направлення до Конституційного Суду України (№7203/П) - в цілому.

На відео голосування видно, як депутат крім своєї натискає і кнопку на порожньому місці ліворуч.

Це перший зафіксований Громадським рухом ЧЕСНО факт порушення процедури особистого голосування нардепом Яринічем.

Перед цим депутатів від Блоку Петра Порошенка і "Народного фронту" піймали на кнопкодавстві під час голосування про підтримання правок до медреформи.
