С ближайшей сессии, которая пройдет во вторник, вступает в силу новый регламент Киеврады, сказал нам сопредседатель фракции «Удар-Солидарность» Андрей Странников.

В частности, регламент запрещает применять «обидные высказывания» и призывать «к насильственным действиям», например, к дракам. Согласно регламенту, в таких случаях ведущий сессии должен предупредить выступающего, а потом прервать выступление или даже лишить слова вообще,пишет Главком

Также депутатам запрещается выкрикивать что-то обидное во время выступлений своих коллег или аплодировать с целью помешать.

Злостных хулиганов, которые ослушаются ведущего сессии, могут не только лишить слова, но и вообще выдворить из-за зала на время сессии. А в случае, если депутат пропустил больше половины сессий, его могут через избирателей отозвать, то есть лишить мандата.

Напомним, несколько сессий подряд некоторые депутаты срывали заседания, вплоть до нападений на мэра Кличко и угроз в его адрес
