"По планшету на мандат

Депутатов Киевсовета обещают обеспечить гаджетами, чтобы сократить бумагооборот. Повестки дня президиумов, а затем и самих сессий будут рассылаться или заливаться каждому на планшет для удобства работы и экономии средств.

Сегодня пакет документов – папка на 500 стр (проекты решений, пояснительные записки, сопроводительные документы), обходится в 60- 70 грн. за единицу. Помимо 120 экземпляров для депутатов, каждый раз готовят дополнительные 10 – 20 пакетов для заместителей главы горадминистрации, Кабмина, ВР.
