Депутати Антон Геращенко та Іван Вінник заявляють, що хакери зламали систему НАЗК, де публікуються електронні декларації.

"На сайті з'явилася декларація заповнена невідомими від імені пана Рябошапки, що він отримав 25 мільйонів гривень за 2015 рік від розробника програмного забезпечення. Ми впевнені, що це зробив не він", - сказав Геращенко.

Депутати зазначили, що втрутилися у систему "хакери-волонтери".

 
 
 

"Ця система настільки незахищена, що кожен хакер може втрутитися в систему і збільшити дохід-зменшити дохід. Ця система не коштує навіть гроша" - сказав Геращенко.

 "З самого початку процес розробки програмного забезпечення для такого важливого діла за гранти посольств робилося невідомими організаціями без контролю - це шлях в нікуди", - зазначив він.

 
 

Водночас присутні в залі представники фірми-розробника системи "Міранда" запитали у нардепів, чи можуть вони довести, що це саме той пан Рябошапка, депутати на це запитання відповісти не могли.

"Це не змінена декларація, це створена нова декларація", - зазначив представник "Міранди".

"Система електронного декларування може корегуватися з боку провокаторів з метою чи в рамках якоїсь політичної боротьби, що такі декларації створюються чи змінюються - це створює велику небезпеку для держави", - зазначив у свою чергу Вінник.

"Тому я пропоную звернутися до НАЗК-заблокувати зараз повністю доступ до системи, адже вона є де-факто мотлохом, це система, що компрометує державні органи", – сказав депутат.
