40 депутатів Верховної ради України просять у президента Петра Порошенка  розширити можливості використання дипломатичного паспорту.

Відповідний депутатський запит вони направили до адміністрації президента, повідомляє на своїй сторінці у Facebook народний депутат Ірина Геращенко.

"В АП до президента надійшов депутатський запит, підписаний біля 40 депутатами ВРУ, в т.ч. від фракції Радикальної партії, із зверненням розширити можливості використання дипломатичного паспорту народними обранцями", - відзначила вона.

За словами Геращенко, мотивують своє прохання народні обранці неможливістю "здійснювати термінові службові відрядження за кордон".

"Це звучить комічно і ганебно, в умовах, коли самі ж депутати блокують безвізові закони!" - наголосила вона.

Геращенко не вказує, які саме можливості хочуть розширити депутати, проте, ймовірно, мова йде про дозвіл залишати диппаспорти в себе після службових відряджень.

Як відомо, наразі парламентарі зобов'язані після службових поїздок здавати свої дипломатичні паспорти на зберігання в МЗС.

Нагадаємо, Верховна рада у четвер змогла проголосувати лише за 2 з 13 необхідних для запровадження безвізового режиму законопроекти.
