Варшавская прокуратура возбудила дело по неличного голосования в польском Сейме, пишет УП

Речь идет о ситуации, когда во время голосования в Сейме 14 апреля по поводу кандидатуры судьи Конституционного суда депутат политической группы "Кукиз’15" Малгожата Зверцан проголосовала дважды - от своего имени и от имени депутата того же формирования Корнеля Моравецкий.

По словам прокурора Михала Дзеканского, следствие было возбуждено 30 мая. Дело касается ст. 271 Уголовного кодекса, согласно которой "госслужащему, представившему неправду в документе, имеющем юридическое значение", грозит от 3 месяцев до 5 лет тюрьмы. В рамках следствия будут опрошены свидетели происшествия. Кроме того, в следствии используют видеозаписи заседаний Сейма.

Прокурор отметил, что не было возбуждено уголовное дело против спикера Сейма, как того требовала оппозиционная партия "Гражданская платформа". По мнению партии, спикер виноват в том, что не прервал заседание после выявления случая неличного голосования.

В связи с этим "Кукиз’15" решила исключить из своих рядов Малгожату Зверцан и призвала ее сдать мандат депутата. Между тем депутат Корнель Моравецкий добровольно отказался от членства в этой политической группе.

Как сообщалось, двух депутатов от БПП поймали на кнопкодавстве во время пленарного заседания 31 мая.
