США ввели санкції проти президента Венесуели Ніколаса Мадуро.

Про це інформує міністерство фінансів США, пише ТСН

Причина введення санкцій - це дії президента Венесуели щодо підриву демократії в країні. Під санкції потрапляють всі активи Мадуро, які перебувають або можуть перебувати на територіях під юрисдикцією США. Також громадянам і юридичним особам США буде заборонено укладати будь-які угоди з Мадуро.

Мінфін США назвав Мадуро "диктатором, який ігнорує волю свого народу". 

Нагадаємо, що 30 липня в Венесуелі відбулися вибори в Національні установчі збори. 

Серед кандидатів жоден не представляв опозицію.
