Діти кількох районів Київщини для підтримки морального духу вояків передали їм три тисячі малюнків у зону бойових дій. Адже окрім матеріального сприяння українським військовим важливо відчувати моральну підтримку народу.

На малюнки могли подивитися всі охочі - спочатку їх вивісили на вулиці, а вже потім розклали поміж бронежилетами, касками та тепловізорами, закупленими на кошти громади Київщини та народного депутата Сергія Міщенка.

Сергій Міщенко на своїй сторінці у Фейсбук розповів як виникла ідея з малюнками.

"Знайомий розповів одну історію. Батьки попросили свою доньку намалювати малюнок для українских солдат. Малеча побігла до себе в кімнату і через певний час принесла малюнок на якому було зображено державний прапор. Малюнок, через волонтерів, відправили на Схід. Він потрапив до водія БТРа. Солдат помістив його у файл і повісив у себе в машині. Знайомі розповіли, що ця бронемашина з дитячим малюноком виходила неушкодженою з поля бою. Малюнок став оберегом. Не знаю правда це чи ні, але саме після цієї розовіді з'явилася ідея провести конкурс "Діти - українським воїнам", підсумки якого підвели на день міст Борисполя та Яготина", - написав Сергій Міщенко і зізнався, що "не очікував такої кількості малюнків".
