Днепропетровская городская избирательная комиссия своим постановлением во вторник отказала в регистрации кандидатом на должность городского головы руководителю областной организации политической партии «Социалисты», бывшему народному депутату созыва, Ивану Ступаку, пишет Рolittech.org.

«Неточные данные в предоставленной биографии. Так избирательная комиссия мотивировала свой отказ»,- сообщил журналистам во вторник И.Ступак.

Он считает отказ незаконным и «надуманным», и намерен обжаловать решение горизбиркома в Днепропетровском окружном административном суде.

По данным Днепропетровской городской избирательной комиссии, по состоянию на 29 сентября на должность днепропетровского городского головы зарегистрировано 15 кандидатов. В том числе два кандидата по фамилии Вилкул. Срок регистрации завершается 30 сентября в полночь.

Как сообщалось ранее И.Ступак в 2010-2012 гг. был заместителем главы Днепропетровской облгосадминистрации. На парламентских выборах 2012 г. избирался народным депутатом Украины от Партии регионов по одномандатному мажоритарному избирательному округу №26 в Днепропетровске
