Російський президент Володимир Путін підписав указ, згідно з яким для отримання російської візи тепер необхідно здавати біометричні дані.

Документ опублікований на офіційному інтернет-порталі правової інформації Росії

Як йдеться в указі, з 10 грудня 2014 для отримання віз для в'їзду до Росії чи транзитної візи всі іноземці та особи без громадянства будуть зобов'язані пройти сканування всіх пальців рук. 

Відповідальність за організацію збору біометричних даних покладається на МЗС і ФСБ Росії.
