Брат одиозного экс-губернатора Харьковской области, народный депутат от "Оппозиционного блока" Дмитрий Добкин снова был замечен на заседании Верховой рады со странными выражениями лица. Соответствующее видео опубликовано на YouTube-канале "Голоса народа".

На видео видно, как народный избранник реагирует на выступления своих коллег необычной мимикой и резкими движениями головы влево-вправо.

"Дмитрий Добкин опять заглянул в Раду (что случается не часто) и вел себя характерным образом для лиц с особо расширенным сознанием", - говорится в аннотации к видео.
