Медіахолдинг ZIK заявив, що колишній гендиректор холдингу, а нині народний депутат Дмитро Добродомов привласнив назву телепроекту «Народний контроль», під якою він зареєстрував нову партію.

Народний депутат оприлюднив заяву «Народного контролю», в якій пояснюється, що програмою використовуються зареєстровані у відповідний спосіб концепції, ідеї та логотипи.

"Щодо того, з ким асоціюється програма «Народний контроль», яка певний час виходила в ефірі ZIKу, повідомляємо наступне: ініціатором і співвиробником телепроекту була ГО «Громадський рух «Народний контроль», утворена раніше, аніж на ZIKу зʼявилася програма журналістських розслідувань, автором та ведучим якої був саме Дмитро Добродомов. Зважаючи на це, державна служба інтелектуальної власності України видала Дмитру Добродомову Свідоцтво про реєстрацію авторських прав №58886 на телепередачу «Народний контроль». А голова ГО «ГР «Народний контроль» Андрій Мисик отримав Патент цієї ж організації за номером 29435 на логотип програми, який використовується у всій візуальній продукції «Народного контролю». Відтак наголошуємо, що у своїй діяльності ми використовуємо зареєстровані у відповідний спосіб концепції, ідеї та логотипи.", - говориться в заяві
