В России продолжается волна эмиграции жителей этой страны, причем уезжают в основном квалифицированные кадры и материально обеспеченные люди.

Об этом в интервью "Апострофу" рассказала дочь убитого в феврале российского оппозиционера Бориса Немцова Жанна Немцова, которая также выехала из РФ в Германию.

"Думаю, что волна эмиграции из России продолжится", — сказала она и назвала "две сугубо российские особенности".

Первая из них — в том, что "Россию покидают квалифицированные кадры, которые востребованы за рубежом, а также обеспеченные люди. Это, по существу, brain drain ("утечка мозгов", — ред.), и крайне негативно для страны", считает Немцова.

"Второе: причиной отъезда не только и не столько служит экономический кризис, деградация во многих сферах и т.д., хотя и это тоже важно. Не последнюю роль играет непредсказуемый и опасный характер политики российского руководства", — добавила она.
