Двох членів партії "Воля" - Тамілу Ульянову та Володимира Грабовецького - через суд намагаються зняти з реєстрації кандидатами у народні депутати.

Як повідомили у прес-службі політсили, відповідний позов подав екс-нардеп Василь Бартків,пише Українська правда

25 вересня суддя Київського апеляційного адмінсуду Файдюк відкрив адміністративне провадження за позовом Бартківа проти ЦВК.

Мета позову — зняття з реєстрації кандидатів у народні депутати від партії "Воля" Таміли Ульянової (округ №26, Дніпропетровськ) та Володимира Грабовецького (округ №86, Долина), яких ЦВК вже зареєстрував 22 вересня.

"Ульянова є головою Люстраційного комітету Штабу нацзахисту Дніпропетровської області. Домоглася відсторонення з посади начальника УМВС в Дніпропетровській області Гогуадзе, начальника обласного управління ДАІ Вовчука та начальника управління природніх ресурсів та екології області Пахниці. Намагання зняти її з реєстрації - це страх влади перед людьми, які її очищують", - зазначив голова громадського люстраційного комітету, член Ради партії "Воля" Єгор Соболєв.

Інший кандидат зняття якого вимагається - Володимир Грабовецький — депутат Івано-Франківської облради, активний учасник Євромайдану та громадської кампанії на підтримку люстраційного закону "Про очищення влади".

Розгляд справи мав відбутися 25 вересня, о 14:00, але в засіданні було оголошено перерву до 09:00 наступного дня, 26 вересня.
