Електронні декларації нардепів депутатській групі "Воля народу" В'ячеслава Богуслаєва і Анатолія Гіршфельда не були враховані НАЗК через технічні причини.

Про це заявила керівник прес-служби групи "Воля народу" Галина Нагорна, пише Українська правда

"У зв'язку з цим прес-служба депутатської групи "Воля народу" просить журналістів врахувати, що декларація А.Гіршфельда була подана до Єдиного державного реєстру декларацій осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування у п'ятницю, 28 жовтня. Разом з тим, у зв'язку з технічними причинами не була врахована НАЗК", – йдеться в повідомленні.

Нагорна вказує, що аналогічна ситуація склалася в Богуслаєва.

Керівник прес-служби "Волі народу" зазначає наразі, що помічники вносять відповідні виправлення помилок.

Тепер Національна агенція з запобігання корупції має виставити адміністративний штраф

Нагорна запевнила, що народні депутати заплатять цей штраф.

Як відомо, у НАЗК зазначали, що строк подачі електронних декларацій сплив 30 жовтня, але 7 народних депутатів не відзвітували про своє майно.

На брифінгу 31 жовтня заявив заступник голови Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції Руслан Радецький наголосив, що за вказання недостовірних даних чи жартів у електронних деклараціях чиновники та депутати будуть притягуватися до адміністративної відповідальності..
