9,5% телевізійного каналу Тоніс,  тепер володіє народний депутат України попередніх скликань, екс-голова Київської міської державної адміністрації Володимир Макеєнко. Як повідомляв PRпортал, генеральним деректором телеканалу Тоніс став Олексій Семенов

"Канал буде працювати виключно в українському полі, у відповідності із законами і Конституцією України. Це буде на 100% проукраїнський канал. Я володію 9,5%, решта – власність каналу", - цитує слова Макеєнко Інтерфакс-Україна.

Він підкреслив, що подібний крок був його особистим рішенням.

"Ви побачите це в роботі каналу. Жодних нарад і рад з адміністрації президента, Кабінету міністрів у мене не було, оскільки я людина самодостатня", - заявив екс-нардеп.

Макеєнко також зазначив, що кошти на купівлю частки каналу було перераховано з його рахунку в державному банку.
