Колишній регіонал, екс-голова Київської міської державної адміністрації Володимир Макеєнко став єдиним власником телеканалу "Тоніс".

Згідно з даними реєстру, розмір внеску Макеєнка до статутного фонду становить 16,7 млн грн.

Директором телеканалу залишився Олександр Бутко.

Як повідомлялося, в березні цього року Макеєнко став власником 9,5% телеканалу "Тоніс". На той момент 80% статутного капіталу залишалося ТОВ "Тоніс" (розмір внеску – 13 млн 385 тис. грн), 9,5% - у Макеєнко (розмір внеску – 1 млн 589 тис. 468 грн), 10% залишається у Бутка (розмір внеску – 1 млн 673 тис. 125 грн), 0,5% - у Бірзула (внесок – 83 тис. 656 грн).

У березні телеканал також оголосив, що основним напрямком каналу буде інформаційно-аналітичне мовлення. На ньому будуть працювати телеведучі Євген Кисельов і Матвій Ганапольський.
