В Белом доме заявили, что именно Россия стоит за взломом серверов Демократической партии США. Также РФ обвинили в попытке повлиять на результаты президентских выборов. Соответствующая информация была обнародована в пятницу вечером, 7 октября, управлением национальной разведки Минобороны США, пишет The Washington Post .

По данным разведки, в июне была совершена хакерская атака людьси, связанными с российскими властями. В результате нее были опубликованы письма Демократической партии США.

Администрация Обамы также обвинил Москву в хакерской атаке на демократов-конгремсменив, что привело к дальнейшей утечке частных адресов электронной почты и номеров мобильных телефонов демократических законодателей.

Обвинение было обнародовано после заявлений от администрации Обамы и некоторых сенаторов, признали Россию ответственной за действия, направленные на «посияння хаоса» в отношении американских выборов, отмечает The Washington Post.

Пресс-секретарь президента РФ Дмитрий Песков назвал «ерундой» обвинения в адрес России в причастности к хакерским атакам на серверы американских организаций.

«Это опять какая-то ерунда! На сайт Путина ежедневно нападают несколько десятков тысяч хакеров. Многие атаки прослеживаются с территории США. Мы же не обвиняем каждый раз Белый дом или Лэнгли (штаб-квартира ЦРУ — ред)», — сказал Песков «Интерфаксу».
