Facebook заявив, що збирається застосувати нову технологію, яка не дозволятиме користувачам публікувати відео без дозволу авторів, повідомляє ВВС.

Раніше окремі користувачі скаржилися на те, що соціальна мережа робить не достатньо зусиль, аби зупинити людей, які перепубліковують відеоматеріали, або їх частини, як свій власний матеріал.

Нова система Facebook не видалятиме вкрадений матеріал, а просто повідомлятиме власникам оригінального відео, що його використали повторно.

Протягом випробувального терміну система працюватиме лише в обмеженому колі користувачів.
