Чатботы в Facebook Messenger получили набор расширенных функций: теперь они могут оправлять фото, видео и гифки, общаться с помощью кнопки «Быстрый ответ» и собирать пользовательский фидбек, пишет cossa.ru

«Что написать?» — это большой вопрос пользователя, который порой делает его взаимодействие с чатботами таким сложным. Итак, на днях Facebook Messenger запустил для разработчиков ботов новую кнопку «Быстрый ответ» (Quick Reply) и базовое меню опций, которое упростит навигацию по сервису. Функция «Быстрый ответ» — это до 10 динамических кнопок, которые соответствуют 10 последним сообщениям программы — таким образом Facebook хочет упростить коммуникацию пользователей и бизнесов, чатботы которых представлены в мессенджере.

 
Боты в FB messenger также теперь «умеют» отправлять видео, аудио, гифки и документы, таким образом, они расширяют охват полезного применения для пользователей. Последние, кстати, теперь могут оценивать ботов по пятизвездной шкале, давая разработчикам пищу для размышлений (хотя о чат-бот аналитике, на которую уже намекал Facebook, в анонсе не сказано ни слова).

Кроме того, в Messenger появится секретный протокол для бизнесов, с помощью которого компании смогут «выходить» на FB-профили клиентов через учетные записи в мессенджере — это делается для того, чтобы предприниматели могли обеспечить своей аудитории более персонализированный опыт.
