В четверг ряд СМИ распространили заявление Виктора Януковича, в котором он назвал себя законным президентом Украины и попросил власть России обеспечить ему защиту. Бывший советник Виктора Януковича Анна Герман говорит, что сомневается в намерении Януковича идти на дальнейшую дестабилизацию ситуации в Украине и в Крыму.

"Заявление, скорее всего, является фейком. Что же касается нестабильности в Крыму, то это ошибка новой власти. Они не вовремя взялись за языковой закон и повторили ошибку нашу, предыдущей власти. Я не верю, что Янукович пойдет на дальнейшую дестабилизацию и растерзание Украины", – сказала Герман.

Она призвала Януковича, если он ее слышит, не быть марионеткой России или других государств и не расшатывать ситуацию в Украине.

"Указ" от имени Виктора Януковича был распространен Абхазским агентством ANNA. В Украине он получил огласку после публикации организацией Виктора Медведчука "Украинский выбор". В свою очередь "Украинский выбор" в своей публикации ссылается на белорусский сайт "Военно-Политическое обозрение", на котором этот материал стоит как "топовый". Украинскую версию указа найти так и не удалось.
