Комітет з Національної премії України ім. Тараса Шевченка прийняв 60 заявок на здобуття найвищої державної нагороди в галузі культури і мистецтва. Про це повідомляє "УП".

Серед номінантів на премію 2016 року — письменники Павло Вольвач, Борис Гуменюк, Володимир Даниленко, Степан Процюк, Олег Чорногуз, літературознавці Григорій Клочек, Сергій Гальченко, Григорій Грабович, публіцист, дисидент Левко Лук’яненко, балетмейстер Раду Поклітару, диригент Мирон Юсипович та інші.

Національна спілка кінематографістів України висунула на здобуття Шевченківської премії творчий колектив об’єднання "BABYLON'13" — за фільм "Сильніше, ніж зброя" (номінація "Кінематографія").

Також серед номінантів у галузі кіно — фільми "Гамер" та "Носоріг" режисера Олега Сенцова. Нагадаємо, що в серпні російський суд засудив Сенцова до 20 років позбавлення волі.

Національна премія України ім. Тараса Шевченка присуджується в кількох номінаціях: "Література", "Літературознавство і мистецтвознавство", "Публіцистика і журналістика", "Кінематографія", "Музичне мистецтво", "Театральна мистецтво", "Концертно-виконавське мистецтво", "Народне і декоративно-прикладне мистецтво" та "Образотворче мистецтво".

Щорічно присуджується до п’яти національних премій ім. Т. Шевченка — не більше однієї у кожній з номінацій. Імена переможців стануть відомі на початку 2016 року. Лауреатів нагороджує Президент України в день народження Тараса Шевченка — 9 березня.
