Суд Карелії оштрафував журналіста з Фінляндії за інтерв’ю з колишнім мером Петрозаводська Галиною Ширшиною через відсутність акредитації.

Фінський журналіст був оштрафований відповідно до адміністративної статті, і йому загрожує закриття російської візи.

25 грудня 2015 року міська рада Петрозаводська відправила у відставку мера міста Галину Ширшину. У раді вирішили, що Ширшина не може впоратися з управлінням. Вона намагалася оскаржити рішення депутатів.

21 січня Петрозаводський міський суд визнав рішення ради законним. Пані Ширшина має намір подати апеляційну скаргу.

Галина Ширшина перемогла на виборах у 2013 році. Їй надало підтримку регіональне відділення партії «Яблоко».

Нагадуємо, що в Білорусі, в приміщенні суду Фрунзенського району, побили журналіста білоруського інтернет-видання TUT.BY Павла Добровольського.
