Экс-первый секретарь Харьковского обкома КПУ Алла Александровская задержана, сообщил ее адвокат Александр Шадрин, сообщает Новое время

В комментарии он уточнил, то ей инкриминируют ч.2 ст.110 (посягательство на территориальную целостность и неприкосновенность Украины) и ч.3 ст.369 (предложение, обещание или предоставление неправомерной выгоды служебному лицу) УК Украины.

По ч.2 ст.110 ей грозит ограничение свободы на срок от трех до пяти лет или лишение свободы на тот же срок.

Шадрин сообщил также, что его подзащитная считает обвинение необоснованным. Кроме того, по словам адвоката, отсутствовали правовые основания для задержания, предусмотренные ст.208 УПК.

Шадрин подтвердил, что во вторник, 28 июня, дома у Александровской прошел обыск.

Александровская с 1996 года и до запрета Компартии в Украине была бессменным первым секретарем Харьковского обкома КПУ, дважды избиралась депутатом Харьковского облсовета, четырежды – народным депутатом Украины. В 2008 году стала Почетным гражданином Харькова.
