Голові Новоодеської районної ради Миколаївської області повідомлено про підозру в хабарництві. Про це повідомляє прес-служба прокуратури Миколаївської області,пише Главком

«У четвер, 17 серпня 2017 року, повідомлено про підозру голові Новоодеської районної ради у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.3 ст.368 Кримінального кодексу України (одержання службовою особою, яка займає відповідальне становище, неправомірної вигоди)», - йдеться у повідомленні.

Посадовця було затримано під час одержання першого траншу неправомірної вигоди у сумі 45 тис. грн  у Корабельному районі м. Миколаєва.

Зокрема, затриманий вимагав у керівництва будівельної компанії десяту частину від майже 1 млн грн, виділених із районного бюджету на капітальний ремонт об’єкту комунальної власності.

Вказану особу затримано у порядку ст.208 КПК України. Вирішується питання про обрання йому запобіжного заходу.
