Головний редактор «Еха Москви» Олексій Венедиктов категорично відкидає звинувачення Рамзана Кадирова в антиісламському характері радіо "Ехо Москви" та має намір звернутися в поліцію після погроз.

Про це Венедиктов написав у своєму блозі на сайті радіостанції

"Я категорично відкидаю звинувачення Рамзана Кадирова в антиісламському характері радіо "Ехо Москви". Вважаю, що подібні заяви носять наклепницький характер і завдають шкоди діловій репутації "Еха", - додав головред радіостанції.

Венедиктов наголосив, що Росія є світською державою, а «Ехо Москви» дотримується всіх законів РФ.

"Редакційна політика "Еха Москви" є виваженою, професійної та рівновіддаленою від інтересів різних груп, політичних партій і конфесій. Такою вона і залишиться, незважаючи на різного роду тиск і загрози», - зауважив він.

Нагадаємо, Кадиров назвав радіостанцію «головним антиісламським рупором» Росії після проведення на «Ехо Москви» опитування про те, чи варто тиражувати карикатури на пророка Мухаммеда.
