Суд поновив діяльність банку "Велес", який був виведений Нацбанком з ринку через шахрайські дії.

Про це у четвер на брифінгу заявила голова Нацбанку Валерія Гонтарева.

"Ви можете побачити цей банк "Велес", це був, мабуть, найбрудніший банк з цього списку банків з відмивання коштів. Тому що тільки цьому банку Національний банк завадив останнього року в виведенні майже півмільярда доларів за фіктивними контрактами", – сказав вона.

Гонтарева нагадала, що банк належить депутату шостого і сьомого скликань Верховної Ради Костянтину Бондарєву, якого вона назвала спонсором партії "Батьківщина".

Крім того, за словами голови Нацбанку, суди також поновили діяльність банку "Союз", який також був виведений з ринку за шахрайство.

"Цього року ці суди нас змогли здивувати, ну, реально. Можу вам сказати, що це можна назвати "зомбі повертаються", – додала вона.

Гонтарева запевнила, що Нацбанк не допустить діяльність цих банків і закликала правоохоронців зайнятися ними.

Як відомо, раніше Бондарєв опосередковано контролював понад 80% акцій банку "Велес", хоча напряму йому належало лише 1,41% акцій. В жовтні 2015 року Нацбанк дозволив Бондарєву збільшити свою частку до 32,59%.

В червні 2016 року Апеляційний суд погодив ліквідацію банку "Велес".
