Госдуме предложили отказаться от проведения выборов парламента и президента в период действия экономических санкций. Такое обращение отправил спикеру Госдумы Сергею Нарышкину председатель совета директоров Института анализа политической инфраструктуры Евгений Туник, сообщает РИА Новости в четверг, 4 февраля.

«Обращаюсь к вам как к председателю Государственной думы, обладающему правом законодательной инициативы, с просьбой незамедлительно рассмотреть вопрос о внесении в Конституцию поправок, которые предохранят Россию от инспирированной извне смены власти и последующего развала», — говорится в обращении.

Туник написал, что во время введения в стране военного, чрезвычайного положения или режима экономического кризиса полномочия президента и Госдумы продлевают — до шести месяцев после отмены режима.

По мнению политолога, Россия подверглась «масштабной экономической и внешнеполитической агрессии со стороны западных стран» за последние два года. Он предложил отдельно выделить экономический кризис и прописать его правовое определение. При этом нужно ограничить «определенные права и свободы граждан – в целях поддержания суверенитета, обеспечения безопасности государства».

Выборы в Госдуму пройдут в сентябре, президентские выборы — в 2018 году.
