Адвокати колишнього президента Віктора Януковича передали в Генеральну прокуратуру заяву, в якій Янукович просить надати йому можливість свідчити в режимі відеоконференції.

Про це на брифінгу в четвер повідомив начальник Управління спеціальних розслідувань Генпрокуратури Сергій Горбатюк, пише Українська правда

"Адвокати направили нам заяву про те, що він хоче дати свідчення в режимі відеоконференції", - сказав він.

За його словами, у Генпрокуратури немає підтвердження від Росії, що Янукович знаходиться на її території.

"Тому у нас немає можливості провести відеоконференцію", - додав він.

Він нагадав, що українське законодавство передбачає можливість допиту в режимі відеоконференції, проте має бути дотримана законна процедура.
