Российский музыкант, лидер группы Аквариум Борис Гребенщиков высмеял российских журналистов-пропагандистов в песне Собачий вальс, которую он исполнил в Воронеже.

Перед исполнением песни Гребенщиков обратился зрителям со словами: "Эту песню я хочу посвятить людям опасной профессии... Журналистам, особенно теле- и радиожурналистам. Ведь им, наверное, тяжело врать 24 часа в день, 7 дней в неделю, много лет подряд. Посмотрите, какой грех они берут на душу, каким чудовищным усилием им приходится оправдывать себя самих перед самими собой. Когда приходится изменять себе, придумывать, зачем они это делают. Мы подумали, что грешно не воспеть их работу". Эти слова вызвали аплодисменты зрительного зала, передает Лига.нет

В тексте песни есть, например, такие слова: "Но только Бог шельму метит…, можно врать людям долго, но невозможно врать вечно, собачий вальс…"

Гребенщиков в конце прошлого года исполнил несколько своих хитов в киевском метро вместе с местными музыкантами.

В рамках акции Марафон мира Гребенщиков подписался под письмом с призывом отменить приговоры украинским политзаключенным в России Олегу Сенцову, Александру Кольченко и Геннадию Афанасьеву.
