Кандидат у президенти та голова партії "Громадянська позиція" Анатолій Гриценко погрожує судом Центральній виборчій комісії.

Про це він повідомив у Facebook.

"Сьогодні на півгодини сходив до ЦВК. І одразу поставив штабу завдання готувати судовий позов. До самої ЦВК", - написав Гриценко.

За його словами, закон надає йому як кандидату право перевірити Державний реєстр виборців, "щоб запобігти можливим фальшуванням з боку влади, яка цей реєстр веде".

Гриценко сказав, що у ЦВК йому видали реєстр та код для доступу до нього.

"Але попередила (ЦВК – УП): на цих виборах, на відміну від попередніх, я уже не зможу працювати з реєстром де і коли мені зручно - лише в будівлі ЦВК, в їхньому спеціальному приміщенні, за їхнім спеціальним комп’ютером, лише в робочі дні й лише в робочі години 0900-1800. Я не зможу залучати до перевірки реєстру більше нікого, навіть зареєстрованих тією ж ЦВК моїх довірених осіб", - зазначив кандидат у президенти.

За інформацією Гриценка, новий порядок ЦВК нинішнього складу затвердила 25 жовтня минулого року. У цих змінах Гриценко підозрює СБУ та Петра Порошенка, який призначає голову Служби безпеки.
