Залежно від того, переможе на французьких президентських виборах євроскептик чи проєвропеєць, вони можуть зруйнувати чи згуртувати Євросоюз

Як зазначає видання, здебільшого європейські чиновники і дипломати не вірять в те, що Франція - ключовий член блоку - дійсно його покине (до чого схиляють своїх виборців Жан-Люк Меланшон і Марін Ле Пен).

"Набагато страшніше - і, судячи з усього, найімовірніше, якщо Париж повернеться до ЄС спиною. Євросоюз не переживе "Фрексіт", хоча шанси на такий результат малі", - пише Guradian.

Як зазначається у матеріалі, перемога Еммануеля Макрона, проєвропейського центриста, дасть Франції можливість провести реформи, а ЄС - шанс відновитися. Опитування пророкують йому перемогу в другому турі виборів, однак проблема в тому, що він може туди не потрапити.

Його суперники - лідер ультраправого "Національного фронту" Марін Ле Пен і лівий радикал Жан-Люк Меланшон - обидва пропонували провести референдум про вихід Франції з ЄС. У Брюсселі не сильно переживають через це, бо ідею всенародного голосування з цього питання навряд чи підтримає французький парламент, а необхідність його схвалення прописана в конституції. Однак і без повноцінного "Фрексіта", президент-євроскептик у Франції створить ЄС великі проблеми.

В економічних програмах обох кандидатів, наприклад, закладено зростання державних витрат, що порушить правила ЄС щодо бюджетного дефіциту. Намір Ле Пен ввести податок на імпорт і низькооплачуваних мігрантів зі східної Європи несумісне з єдиним ринком. Обіцянки Меланшона накласти вето на угоди про вільну торгівлю і покінчити з незалежністю Європейського центрального банку стануть брюссельським прокляттям.

У підсумку саме "підривні" дії Ле Пен і Меланшона можуть підкосити ЄС в той момент, коли йому найбільше потрібний розвиток.

Нагадаємо, що перший тур президентських виборів у Франції відбудеться 23 квітня, другий – 7 травня, перемогу соціологи Емманюелю Макрону, навіть в першому турі.
