Невідомі зламали сайт Росспівробітництва й залишили в ньому попередження для Роскомнагляду, написане англійською мовою, пише Media Sapiens
 

Аноніми у своєму посланні відзначили, що «нещодавні руйнівні дії проти російського сегменту інтернету навели на думку про те, що ви [Роскомнагляд] всього лише купка некомпетентних безмозких черв'яків». Копія повідомлення залишилась доступною в інтернет-архіваторі Wayback Machine.

«Ви не повинні мати можливості продовжувати цей безглуздий вандалізм. Розглядайте це як наше останнє попередження», - також йдеться у ньому. Під дописом хакери розмістили фото з акції протесту проти блокування Роскомнаглядом інтернет-ресурсів та комікс із неофіційним персонажем відомства, відомим у мережі як «Роскомнадзор-тян».

 

Таке ж повідомлення з’явилося й на піддомені, який раніше відповідав за стару версію сайту Росспівробітництва.

Російський регулятор Роскомнагляд з середини квітня намагається заблокувати роботу месенджера Telegram. Через це Роскомнагляд заблокував велику кількість адрес, зокрема постраждали IP-адреси Google, Amazon, Microsoft та інших великих хостинг-провайдерів.

22 квітня Telegram закликав росіян влаштувати акцію проти блокування месенджера. На знак «підтримки вільного інтернету» пропонувалося запустити з вікна паперовий літачок. А 30 квітня в в Москві був організований мітинг та хода на підтримку месенджера Telegram.

Також через заборону Telegram інтернет-користувачі тролили Роскомнагляд в сервісі Google Maps.
