В адрес Хозяйственного суда Харьковской области поступило "Поручение о вручении документа" из "арбитражного суда г. Севастополя". В нем представители оккупационных властей Севастополя "просят вручить … "УкрСибБанку" определение … о принятии искового заявления … по делу №Ф84-2565/2016…", передает Главное.

На это письмо ответил судья Харьковского суда, бывший боец АТО, снайпер, защитник ДАП, писатель Александр Мамалуй.

Приводим его ответ полностью:

Олексію Станіславовичу Погребняку, який називає себе «судьей арбитражного суда города Севастополя».

У відповідь на лист від 30.06.2016р., що має назву «поручение о вручении документа» - повідомляю:

Не існує ніякого «арбитражного суда города Севастополя». Є тимчасово окуповане російським агресором українське місто Севастополь. Є господарський суд міста Севастополь.

Не існує ніякого «А.С. Погребняка, судьи арбитражного суда города Севастополя». Є Олексій Станіславович Погребняк, колишній суддя господарського суду м. Севастополь - зрадник, порушник присяги, шкура.

Не пиши сюди своїх листів, колишній суддя, колишній громадянин, колишня людина!

Від себе - обіцяю: коли ми будемо звільнювати півострів, я особисто прийду по тебе! 

Прийду - і повішу тебе за ноги на Приморському бульварі. 

Там ліхтарні стовпи дуже зручні.
