Бывший госсекретарь США Хиллари Клинтон объявит об участии в президентских выборах 2016 года в апреле. Об этом сообщает портал влиятельного американского издания The Wall Street Journal.

По данным издания, Клинтон предупредила спонсоров Демократической партии о том, что она собирается вступить в президентскую гонку раньше, чем ожидалось.

Отмечается, что на проведение президентской кампании штаб Хиллари Клинтон намерен получить около $1 млрд. Если Клинтон отложит официальное вступление в борьбу до лета, она не сможет собрать необходимую сумму.

Ранее президент США Барак Обама заявил, что любит семью Буш, однако также считает, что Хиллари Клинтон станет "отличным президентом".
