Бывший руководитель компании «ЮКОС» Михаил Ходорковский объявлен в международный розыск по линии Интерпола.

Как утверждает информированный источник агентства, решение об этом на основании материалов Генпрокуратуры России и Следственного комитета передано в центральное бюро Интерпола в Лионе. Запрос связан с предъявлением Ходорковскому заочного обвинения в России в связи с причастностью к убийству мэра Нефтеюганска Владимира Петухова.

При этом на официальном сайте Интерпола, где размещены сведения о всех разыскиваемых по каналам организации лицах, имя Ходорковского не упоминается.

Следственный комитет России возобновил расследование убийства мэра Нефтеюганска Владимира Петухова летом 2015 года. Вскоре после этого Михаилу Ходорковскому было предъявлено заочное объявление, суд принял решение о его заочном аресте и объявлении в международный розыск.

Владимир Петухов был убит в 1998 году. В 2007 году в убийстве Петухова был признан виновным бывший глава службы безопасности «ЮКОСа» Алексей Пичугин, он отбывает пожизненное наказание.

Михаил Ходорковский с момента освобождения из колонии в конце 2013 года проживает за пределами России.
