До Генерального прокурора України надіслане подання про зняття депутатської недоторканності з Олеся Довгого

Про це під час брифінгу заявив голова Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури Назар Холодницький, передає Depo.ua.

"По Довгому дійсно клопотання надійшло. Підслідність визначена за НАБУ по факту виділення ділянок у Києві у 2007-2009 роках. Вчора мною було підписане подання про зняття недоторканності, бо ми вважаємо, що докази для внесення подання є достатніми. Враховуючи, що провадження розслідувала прокуратура міста Києва, буде спільна група прокурорів і слідчих з детективами НАБУ. Подання підписано і направлене генеральному прокурору", - сказав Холодницький.

Нагадаємо, що Довгого запідозрили у протиправних діях під час його перебування на посту секретаря Київради за мера Леоніда Чорновецького.
