Об этом сообщил в комментарии агентству Интерфакс-Украина глава правления ЧАО Мандарин Плаза Александр Черницкий

По его словам, IKEA может стать арендатором крупнейшего в стране торгово-развлекательного центра Южный площадью 450 тыс. кв. м, начало строительства которого запланировано на конец 2017 года в Голосеевском районе Киева.

"Кроме того, IKEA смотрит в нашу сторону. Их намерения уже озвучены, представители специально сюда приезжали, встречались. То есть, уже существует большая вероятность их прихода", - сказал Черницкий, добавив, что арендаторами нового ТРЦ станут и другие международные операторы, "которых в Украине все давно ждут".

Как сообщалось со ссылкой на главу правления ЧАО Мандарин Плаза Александра Черницкого, бизнесмен Вагиф Алиев купил права на земельный участок с Ледовым стадионом по проспекту Глушкова, 9 в Голосеевском районе Киева под строительство крупнейшего в Украине ТРЦ со спортивным комплексом.

Алиев является инвестором и собственником ряда таких столичных ТРЦ, как Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, Ocean Mall.
