Социальная сеть Instagram объявила о запуске профилей для бизнеса,сообщается в официальном блоге соцсети, пишет РБК

В Instagram считают, что запуск новых инструментов для бизнеса даст компаниям возможность лучше представлять себя в интернете, лучше коммуницировать со своими клиентами и привлекать новых.

Бизнес-профили будут предлагаться бесплатно тем аккаунтам, которые позиционируют себя как бизнес. У этих профилей будет возможность выбрать способ связи с клиентами – по телефону, SMS или с помощью электронной почты. У бизнес-профилей также будет открыт доступ к Insights, которые представляют из себя аналитическую информацию о подписчиках аккаунта.

"Узнавая больше о поведении и демографии аудитории, можно будет создавать болем актуальный и своевременный контент", - отмечают в Instagram.

Кроме того, бизнес-пользователям будет доступна опция создания рекламы из своих постов. Причем пользователь сможет как самостоятельно выбирать аудиторию, так и пользоваться рекомендациями самой соцсети.

В ближайшие месяцы бизнес-профили будут запущены в США, Австралии и Новой Зеландии, а до конца года эта практика распространится по всему миру.
