Вчора,15 січня,Національна рада з телебачення і радіомовлення винісла телеканалу "Інтер" попередження по супутниковому, цифрової і аналогової ліцензіями.Сам телеканал заявляє,що при винесенні попередження були порушені не тільки процедурні норми, а й не були враховані фактичні обставини.

"Сьогодні на засіданні Національної ради України з питань телебачення та радіомовлення ПрАТ "Телеканал "Інтер" було оголошено попередження. Рішення було винесене без проведення відповідної перевірки. При винесенні попередження були порушені не тільки процедурні норми, а й не були враховані фактичні обставини. Вважаємо, що в основі прийняття рішення лежить інформація, що не відповідає дійсності. Та сама, яка стала підставою суспільного резонансу навколо телеканалу "Інтер" в перші два тижні 2015 року.", - повідомляє канал в своїй заяві

Також "Інтер" вважає,що будь-яких порушень українського законодавства під час мовлення телеканалу не було.

""Інтер" заявляє, що будь-яких порушень українського законодавства під час мовлення телеканалу не було. Законних підстав для винесення рішення про попередження немає. Рішення у відношенні "Інтеру" телеканал розцінює як прийняте поза межами правого поля.

"Інтер" залишає за собою право відстоювати правоту у законний спосіб.", - додає канал.
