"Укрзалізниця" звільнила директора з вантажних перевезень і логістики Івана Федорка, який вчинив ДТП і в'їхав у машину фотокореспондента Макса Левіна і його родини.

Про це йдеться у повідомленні відомства у понеділок.

"Станом на 16:00 4 липня 2016 року наказом ПАТ "Укрзалізниця" про припинення трудового договору (контракту) звільнено з посади директора з вантажних перевезень і логістики Івана Федорка. Під наказом свої підписи поставили голова правління та чотири члени правління ПАТ "Укрзалізниця", - сказано у повідомленні.   

Як відомо, у неділю на автодорозі Боярка – Забір'я автомобіль, за кермом якого був Іван Федорко, виїхав на зустрічну смугу і в'їхав у машину фотокореспондента Макса Левіна й його родини.

За даним фактом відкриті два кримінальних провадження "Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами" та "Опір представникові влади, працівникові  правоохоронного органу, члену громадського".
